Crash Bandicoot est un personnage de jeu vidéo et le personnage principal de la série de jeux vidéo Crash Bandicoot. Apparu en 1996 dans le jeu vidéo Crash Bandicoot, Crash est un péramèle à long nez de l est anthropomorphique qui a été génétiquement modifié par le Docteur Neo Cortex, principal antagoniste auquel il s opposera tout au long de la série. Si Crash dispose d un certain nombre de manoeuvres offensives, la plus caractéristique est sa tornade, lors de laquelle il tourbillonne et frappe tout ce qui l entoure. Crash a été créé par Andy Gavin et Jason Rubin, co-fondateurs de Naughty Dog, et conçu par Charles Zembillas. Il était destiné à devenir la mascotte de Sony et rivaliser face à Mario et Sonic, de chez Nintendo et Sega. Avant de recevoir son nom (qui provient du bruit des caisses qu il brise), il a été surnommé Willie the Wombat durant une bonne partie de la production du premier jeu.
In this day and age you can not get far without internet: be it for work, for relaxation about YouTube or Netflix or even for video games. Because even single player modes and games are partly no longer without active internet connection, such as Back 4 Blood or the PC version of Crash Bandicoot 4: IT s About Time has shown this year.
Although the connection is, but only so little of it matters, as if there was no internet, the result is the same and nowadays in the long run no portable inconvenience, but for many a serious problem. The Federal Network Agency wants to proceed with a new law for the slow Internet.
That means the new law for users
More specifically, it is a change in law of the Telecommunications Act, whose draft was already presented by the Federal Network Agency in September. Now the proposal was approved and will enter into force from 1 December. Users should then be able to proceed simply against provider, which provide slow Internet or constantly cause problems due to disturbances.
If the user does not get the promised and contractually secured Internet performance, they are entitled to compensation, in some cases they should even terminate without notice. However, it must be determined whether the provider is guilty or if there are other possible causes. To determine this, the Federal Network Agency offers a desktop app to make measurements and thus to hold the exact deviations.
For criticism caused the mentioned app only measures the LAN speed and does not access the more important Wi-Fi connection in many cases. Moreover, the law should set concrete sums of money for different cases. For deviations, the amount to be paid should be reduced by reduced power. A dramatic example: Come with you only 50% of the performance recorded in the contract, you also pay only 50% of the actual price.
